Installation
Proper installation of Virtual Sandtray is an imperative and a straightforward process. A guide you can download, print and follow along with during the process can be found here.
Purchasing
Virtual Sandtray is obtained and purchased through the app store appropriate for your device. Just use the search terms “Virtual Sandtray” (without the quotes). The purchase and install process is the same as a typical program obtained from your app store, although a larger download.
First Run
On the first run of the program you will be required to complete the administrative setup process. You will need to enter and verify the following information:
- Username
- Must be of a minimum length
- Must contain one capital letter
- Must contain one digit
- Password
- Must be of a minimum length
- Must contain one capital letter
- Must contain one digit
- Email address
- Must be valid, as it is used to verify your administrative account
Email Validation
Upon successful completion of entering the data on the prior step, you will receive an email from virtualsandtray.org asking you to verify the account. Simply click on the link in the email to complete the registration process. Some email clients block external urls, so if you are unable to click and open the verification link, copy and paste the url provided in the email into your web browser to complete the verification process.
After successful verification, you will be ready to use Virtual Sandtray.

You will also receive an email from the team. Included in it are helpful information and links. There will also be pdf instructions. Please retain it for future reference.
